But the lease terms are crazy, the city park district (which owns the stadium) is a borderline slumlord, and the Bears – star-crossed to play in the league’s oldest and smallest stadium while representing its third-largest market – have outgrown the place.
The deal also included emergency legislation that would let the NHS prioritise doctors who have studied and worked in the UK when filling these posts, and restated an earlier offer to cover the cost of some other expenses, such as exam fees.
