全链条选育管用锻造过硬队伍。德宏州坚持把政治标准摆在首位，构建全链条干部选育管用体系，着力锻造一支政治忠诚、敢于担当、攻坚克难的高素质干部队伍。建立“13331”干部择优比选机制，聚焦强边固防、乡村全面振兴、项目建设等重点领域，提拔重用99名历练扎实、实绩突出的优秀干部，让敢为善为、奋发有为蔚然成风。深入实施“干部专业化能力提升计划”“干部履职能力提升计划”，首次实行新提拔干部、中青班干部及优秀年轻干部参加巡察岗位锻炼，择优选派干部到上海市青浦区发改、商务、教育等部门交流，开展双向挂职锻炼，以“跨界破圈”的培养方式助力干部成长成才。持续精简优化考核评价体系，起底清理规范“一票否决”和签订责任状事项20余项，强化考核结果运用，2025年提拔任用的干部近3年考核为“优秀”的占比73.44%。注重加强干部日常监督管理，常态化开展谈心谈话、警示教育，从严抓好作风建设，引导广大干部扎根基层、履职尽责、担当作为。
In 1966, a Boeing 707 operated by the British Overseas Airways Corporation took off from Tokyo en route to Hong Kong. It was a sunny, cloudless afternoon, but as the plane approached Mt.
